33 Featured Space Designers Under 45
We designed the exhibition space for the JCD booth at JAPANSHOP 2025 using ultra-thin twin-wall polycarbonate sheets bent into structural forms.
The material’s translucent and reflective nature creates dynamic lighting effects that shift with the viewer’s angle.
Each display table is internally lit, highlighting the exhibited works with a soft, studio-like glow.
A bold yet minimal design approach that embraces material, light, and structure.

JAPANSHOP2025にて開催された「注目される空間デザイナー33人展／U45」の会場デザイン。

構造材としては脆弱な極薄ツインカーボを、曲げ加工によって強度を出す構造。
素材の特性である光の透過と拡散を活かせるように、展示台内部に照明を仕込んだ。
台自体が発光し、見る角度によりその光の表情が変化する。
スタジオライティングの光のように展示物を際立たせる設計としています。
